Chicken thighs with maple mustard glaze
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup course grain mustard
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp oil
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Combine all ingredients except chicken
Arrange chicken in a single layer in a greased baking dish
Pour syrup mixture over chicken
Bake uncovered, at 450 deg. F. For 45-60 minutes
