We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate volunteer to join us as the Assistant Hall Director for the next year.
This role provides the chance to learn alongside our Hall Director and transition into the Director role in 2025 when it comes up for election.
As the Assistant Hall Director, you will:
- Gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of the Hall
- Assist with budgeting and financial management to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the Hall, creating a welcoming environment
- Provide support to the Hall Manager and foster a collaborative atmosphere
- Work with our Grants Director on funding applications to enhance programming
- Attend monthly Board meetings and keep the Board updated on Hall activities
