Samantha has worked alongside Tony Nicastro personally and professionally as his wife and business partner for over a decade. Over the years she has assisted in opening, operating, and successfully selling multiple businesses as well as raising their sons along the way. As Tony has moved his focus to predominantly real estate, Samantha has been his assistant and developed her own love and interest of the field. As their children have grown to school age, Samantha has worked to pursue a more refined role as a licensed Realtor and looks forward to working more hands on with clients.
As any mother or wife of an avid entrepreneur can attest to, multitasking, time management and creativity are all skills that Samantha has honed. Her background in Disability Studies, Social Work and Customer Service with WestJet has all attributed to her strong interpersonal skills and to her passion for people.
When Samantha is not working and staying on top of everything Real Estate, she enjoys the company of her girlfriends, family as well as a good glass of wine! As a child of immigrant parents, Tony learnt early on the value of hard work and the power of investments. A passion for entrepreneurship started early for Tony. He brought his first investment property at 18 years old and started his own business at 25 years old. He continued to invest in residential, commercial, rural properties and businesses over the following 2 decades .Over the years he has made incredible connections throughout Calgary. His database includes builders, investors, designers, marketing groups, architects, and engineers. After dealing with them professionally and personally he can confidently guide you and offer insight into how to best prepare to sell or invest in the current market.
